1. IntroductionThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Anubhaw Enterprises ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") for water purifier and treatment repair, installation, and maintenance services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope of ServicesAnubhaw Enterprises provides water purifier and treatment repair, installation, and maintenance for both domestic and commercial clients. The services we offer include:

• Installation of water purifiers and treatment systems
• Regular servicing and maintenance
• Repair of malfunctioning systems
• Replacement of defective parts

3. Domestic Clients (India)For clients located within India, the following terms apply:

3.1 Service Availability:
Our services are available within the domestic territory of India. We provide on-site services at the specified address provided by the client.

3.2 Payment Terms:
Payments for services are due immediately upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or online payment via UPI or other digital platforms.

3.3 Warranty:
We offer a 6-month warranty on parts and labor for any installation or repair work carried out. If issues arise within the warranty period, we will inspect and repair the system at no additional charge, excluding damages caused by misuse or external factors.

3.4 Limitation of Liability:
Anubhaw Enterprises is not responsible for any damages arising from the misuse of the water purifier systems, or if the system is not maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts.

3.5 Cancellation Policy:
If a service is canceled within 24 hours of booking, the client will not incur any charges. Any cancellation beyond 24 hours of service commencement may result in a nominal cancellation fee.

3.6 Service Agreement:
A written service agreement will be provided before the commencement of any major repairs or installation work, detailing the costs, scope of work, and other conditions.

4. International ClientsFor clients outside of India, the following terms apply:

4.1 Service Availability:
We offer international services, but they are subject to geographical restrictions. Depending on your location, on-site service may be unavailable, and remote assistance may be offered where applicable. Travel expenses and customs duties for parts will be borne by the client.

4.2 Payment Terms:
For international clients, payments must be made in full before service commencement. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, PayPal, or international bank transfer in USD or the equivalent in the local currency.

4.3 Warranty:
International clients are entitled to a limited 3-month warranty on parts and labor. Warranty claims will be handled remotely unless an on-site visit is necessary, in which case travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the client.

4.4 Limitation of Liability:
Anubhaw Enterprises is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our water purifier systems or services. The client is responsible for ensuring compatibility with local utilities, regulations, and standards.

4.5 Customs and Import Regulations:
The client is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions imposed by their country when receiving parts or equipment shipped from India.

4.6 Service Agreement:
A written service agreement will be provided outlining the services, payment terms, warranty details, and other relevant conditions. The client will be required to sign this agreement before work begins.

5. General Terms

5.1 Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of service execution confidential.

5.2 Modifications to Services:
We reserve the right to modify or update the services, pricing, and Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to the client before any service is provided.

5.3 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For international clients, disputes will be resolved as per the applicable law in the client’s country.

5.4 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to the appropriate courts in Delhi, India.
