We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for your purchase or service. Below is our detailed cancellation and refund policy for both domestic and international clients, as well as for various payment methods.
1. Domestic Clients (India)
Cancellation Policy:
- Service Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel a service appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email at anubhawenterprise@hotmail.com or by calling our customer support. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Product Return: For products purchased from Anubhaw Enterprises, you may return them within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging. The return request must be initiated by email to anubhawenterprise@hotmail.com. A restocking fee of 5% may apply.
Refund Policy:
- Service Refunds: If the service was not provided as agreed or was unsatisfactory, we offer a full refund if the service is canceled before work begins. If the work has already been completed, a partial refund may be offered based on the extent of the services rendered.
- Product Refunds: If products are returned in unused and sellable condition, a full refund will be issued minus the restocking fee (if applicable). Refunds for defective products will be processed after the product is inspected.
Payment Method Specific Refund Policy:
- Banking Transactions: Refunds via bank transfers will be processed within 7-10 business days. Kindly provide your bank account details for processing.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the same card used for payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing times.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds to PayPal accounts will be processed within 5 business days.
- UPI Payments: Refunds for UPI transactions will be initiated within 2-5 business days.
2. International Clients
Cancellation Policy:
- Service Appointment Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date via email at anubhawenterprise@hotmail.com. Late cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Product Return: For international clients, returns for products purchased can only be accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Refund Policy:
- Service Refunds: If the service was not provided as agreed or was unsatisfactory, we offer a full refund if the service is canceled before work begins. If work has already been completed, a partial refund may be provided based on the scope of work completed.
- Product Refunds: Refunds for defective or damaged products will be processed after inspection. If the product is returned in unused and sellable condition, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Method Specific Refund Policy:
- Banking Transactions: Refunds via international bank transfers will be processed within 10-14 business days. Please provide your international bank details for processing.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the same credit/debit card within 10-14 business days, subject to your card issuer’s processing time.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds to PayPal accounts will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- UPI Payments: UPI is only available for domestic transactions, and refunds via UPI will not be applicable for international clients.
